Who are qualified to join?

All customers of Shari-Shari (except for disqualified list*) who have completed identity verification within indicated period covered will be eligible to join the raffle to win PHP2,500. A completed identity verification means submitted all documents required for KYC and paid PHP 250 verification fee. One entry for every verified identity, hence each customer can only have one entry to this raffle.
All customers of Shari-Shari (except for disqualified persons list*) who have successfully funded their accounts for each period are eligible to join the raffle to win PHP5,000. One account fund record with status = deposit received is equivalent to one entry, hence customers may have more entries per draw. The more deposits made, the more entries to the raffle. All deposits to fund customer accounts regardless of amount of deposit are eligible to be included in the promotion (except for disqualified persons). Regular funding of accounts in Shari-Shari requires a minimum amount of PHP1000 and are subject to admin and bank fees.
Who are disqualified to join?
Employees of promoting agency (Shari-Shari Innovations, Inc.), advertising agency (Design Muscle, Inc.) including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Procedure in determining winners
Winners will be drawn using a randomizer found at www.random.org with a video grab of the actual online draw. Winners will be notified by email including a notification on when the prize will be credited to their brokerage account. Shari-Shari will deposit the winnings within 7 days from draw.
Prizes are credited to customer’s brokerage account and can not be converted to cash. Shari-Shari will pay for any taxes for these prizes.
There are two parts to this raffle promotion.
1. PHP5,000* for each winner of the monthly draws – for customers who have successfully funded their accounts

28 May, 2nd monthly draw covering transactions from 16 April to 15 May
28 June, 3rd monthly draw covering transactions from 16 May to 15 June
2. PHP2,500* prize for each winner of the monthly draws – for customers who have successfully verified their identity

Number of times a participant can win:
PHP2,500 Prize*: One entry for every verified identity, hence each customer can only have one entry to this raffle.
PHP5,000 Prize*: One account fund record with status = deposit received is equivalent to one entry, hence customers may have more entries per draw. The more deposits made, the more entries to the raffle. For this particular raffle tier, previous winners have a chance to join and win in succeeding draw/s if the “account funds” fall within the specified transaction period to qualify.
Notification of winners
Winners will be notified by email and Facebook including a notification on when the prize will be credited to their brokerage account. Furthermore, winners will be sent a letter of notification to the user’s registered address.
*All prizes are credited to the winner’s Shari-Shari account and are converted to USD based on prevailing exchange PHP to USD rate.
The promoting agency shall pay for taxes exceeding P10,000.
Redemption/How to claim prizes
Shari-Shari will deposit the winnings to the user’s Shari-Shari account within 7 days from draw. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
